Altoona, State College, Johnstown and DuBois, Pennsylvania
Blair Plastic Surgery offers two convenient office locations: Altoona and State College. You can schedule your private cosmetic surgery consultations at either office. The Center for the Surgical Arts, an accredited surgical facility, is located within our Altoona office on Fairway Drive. The Center's surgical suite is fully accredited by AAAASF and is designed for privacy, continuity of care, and significant cost savings to the patient. Surgeries requiring only local anesthetic, such as skin cancer removal, biopsies, and lasers, can be performed at our State College office location. All our facilities are easy access, less than a quarter mile from exits off of I-99.
Altoona Office
Our Altoona location houses our accredited surgical facility. We perform breast augmentation, body contouring and some facial procedures here. If you are near our Altoona office, please contact us for information on the plastic surgical procedures we provide at this location.
Center For The Surgical Arts
The Center for the Surgical Arts is where most of the cosmetic plastic surgery procedures are performed at Blair Plastic Surgery. This state-licensed ambulatory surgical center adheres to top standards of quality, safety, and sterility. Accredited by the American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF), our facility was created with the patient’s comfort and assurance in mind.

Dr. Robert Louton is affiliated with renowned facilities including Altoona Regional Health Systems, Mt. Nittany Medical Center, Nason Hospital, and UPMC Bedford Hospital. You always have the option of having your procedure performed at one of these hospitals; however, by choosing the surgical center, you are able to avoid additional hospital fees.

The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) require all members to perform surgery in accredited facilities like Blair Plastic Surgery’s Center for the Surgical Arts. And even though plastic surgery facilities must follow state-mandated regulations, only when accreditation boards have performed thorough evaluations can you be assured of top-level safety. Accreditation means that respected agencies have thoroughly reviewed numerous factors, including facility health code adherence, equipment safety and effectiveness, staff background and training, and emergency protocol. State College Office
Our State College location is for patients whose procedures require a local anesthetic only. These procedures are not as invasive as the other plastic surgical procedures we offer at our Altoona location.
