Dr. Robert Louton, the founder and CEO of Blair Plastic Surgery, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons and has been performing aesthetic surgery for greater than 20 years. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAP), an educational organization of board certified plastic surgeons that specialize in cosmetic surgery. ASAP members maintain the highest standards of cosmetic surgery practice. Dr. Louton is one of approximately 1250 plastic surgeons in the United State to have been accepted into this prestigious group.

Dr. Louton offers a complete menu of cosmetic surgery procedures from facelifts and eyelifts to breast enhancement and body contouring. He is the only physician in Central Pennsylvania offering endoscopic cosmetic procedures to his patients. Endoscopic surgery is faster to heal and leaves only the tiniest of scars allowing for a quicker recovery and return to work. Dr. Louton is also the only physician in the area to perform both tumescent and ultrasonic-assisted liposuction (UAL). Dr. Louton routinely helps his patients turn back time using a series of “mini procedures” to achieve a refreshed look with little or no downtime. These minimally invasive procedures include Botox®, collagen fillers, autologous fat transfer, Contour Thread Lift™, and Erbium laser resurfacing. Additionally, our medical spa, Centre for Cosmetic Medicine, offers non-surgical alternatives such as medical skin care, lasers, intense pulse light treatments, and more to promote healthy, beautiful skin.

Adjoining Blair Plastic Surgery is the Center for the Surgical Arts, a Pennsylvania state licensed ambulatory surgical center. This facility is accredited by the American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) and is specifically designed and dedicated for our cosmetic surgery patients. The highly qualified clinical team will ensure you are always informed, comfortable, and pampered. The availability of this on-site surgical suite allows Blair Plastic Surgery to provide the highest quality surgical care affordably and conveniently to the community.
