Insurance Covered Procedures

We are a participating provider with many insurance carriers, managed care programs and preferred panel organizations and we file insurance claims to these carriers as a courtesy to our patients. Please confirm with our staff whether we participate with your insurance company. While we accept assignment for these claims, you are responsible for the full payment of all associated non-covered services, deductibles, balances, and co-payments. Managed care programs require that a referral be made to us by your primary care physician in order for us to see you. Please be familiar with the requirements of your insurance plan.

Self Pay Procedures

All fees for cosmetic surgery must be paid prior to the date of surgery. A twenty-five (25%) percent, non-refundable deposit must be made to secure the date and length of time for the surgery. The remaining balance is due at the pre-operative appointment.

We accept cash, checks, Mac, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Financing for Cosmetic Procedures

We currently recommend two cosmetic financing programs: Advanced Patient Financing, www.APFUSA.com 800-504-4053 and Surgery Loans www.surgeryloans.com 888-502-8020. Connecting to their websites will allow prospective patients to apply from the privacy of their home. Interest rates vary depending upon the amount borrowed and the number of months it will take to pay off the loan. Checks are mailed directly to our office in order to secure the patient’s surgery date.
