Robert Louton, M.D., F.A.C.S.

The definition of a successful procedure is one that enhances the way patients appear without calling attention to the fact that they’ve had surgery. Dr. Robert Louton’s philosophy is to combine the advancements in technology with minimally invasive treatments in order to achieve beautiful and natural results that are consistent with each patient’s individual goals.

When a patient enters Blair Plastic Surgery’s 7000 square ft office space, a beautiful décor, soothing sounds, and most importantly an attentive staff surrounds them. During a consultation, Dr. Louton focuses on one patient at a time; discussing individual goals, answering all questions, and reviewing appropriate procedures thoroughly. “It is important that our patients feel very comfortable,” he says. “It is much easier to communicate in this relaxed environment and helps our patients make intelligent and informed decisions regarding their plastic surgery.” This individualized attention, coupled with his extensive training and experience, and his ability to listen carefully to his patient’s needs has yielded two decades of great results.

Dr. Louton has practiced aesthetic plastic surgery in Central Pennsylvania since 1990. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of multiple national medical societies including the American Society for Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the prestigious American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). Dr. Louton routinely handles the full spectrum of facial and body aesthetic procedures, performing hundreds of such cases per year. His area of expertise includes endoscopic mid-face lift, fillers such as Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, and Artefill, Botox, and the Countour Treadlift™.

Additionally, Dr. Robert Louton performs general plastic surgery procedures such as breast reconstruction after mastectomy, facial reconstruction secondary to cancer or trauma, and the removal of skin cancers of the head and neck region. Dr. Louton is also an experienced microvascular hand surgeon and offers many types of surgeries including endoscopic and open carpal tunnel release surgery, micronerve repair, and digital reattachments to his hand patients.

Adjoining Blair Plastic Surgery is the Center for the Surgical Arts a state licensed, AAAASF accredited surgical suite specifically dedicated and designed for our cosmetic surgery patients. This on-site operating room not only makes surgery more affordable but also provides greater comfort, safety, and privacy to our patients.

Fanny Louton, M.D., M.P.H.

Over the last decade, Dr. Fanny Louton has taken full advantage of major advancements in the field of non-surgical cosmetic procedures. “I know what it’s like to see the signs of aging in the mirror, and what I offer my patients I am also willing to do for myself.” Dr. Louton routinely advises her patients on the latest minimally invasive rejuvenating solutions such as medical skin care products, peels, lasers, light therapies, Botox™, and collagen. Whether you want to reduce the signs of aging, control acne or rosacea, or simply want to keep your beautiful skin looking beautiful, Dr. Louton has the experience and expertise to help you achieve your goals.

Dr. Fanny Louton is the director of Blair Plastic Surgery’s Medical Spa – the Centre for Cosmetic Medicine. Her medical background includes Pathology, Family Practice, and Preventive Medicine. In addition to her medical degree, Dr. Louton also holds a Masters in Public Health (M.P.H.) and has extensive training in laser operations and medical skin care. Since 1997, Dr. Louton has devoted her career to the practice of Cosmetic Dermatology and to the delivery of state-of-the-art laser technology to the Central Pennsylvania region.
