Dear Dr. Louton,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for making such a positive change in my life. Having children is definitely the best life decision I have ever made, however, my body didn’t agree. I found that no matter how happy my children made me, I couldn’t help feeling disgusted and even depressed about the way my body looked.

After years of pondering plastic surgery, I decided to come to you for help, and that I received. When I discussed concerns about all the problem areas of my body, you told me with confidence and enthusiasm that you could help.

I must admit, I worried that I wouldn’t have the courage to go through with such a surgery. I also worried that I might regret spending the money.

Now I wake up every day and smile when I look in the mirror! Having the “Mommy Makeover” was more than I could have wished for. I have a greater appreciation for life because looking better on the outside has made me feel better inside as well!

I did not feel it was adequate to just fill in the patient satisfaction survey; it did not do justice to the amount of praise that I think your entire team deserves. Every staff person that I had any contact with was fantastic. When I called your office with questions or concerns, I felt that the receptionist always treated me with kindness and patience. I never felt like I was being rushed or hurried. When I went into your office for my consultation, I felt that the nurse and Dr. Louton took their time with me, explaining the procedure and the expected results.

During my pre-op appointment, I was extremely pleased with the amount of time that the nurse spent with me. I left the appointment feeling very well-informed about the instructions I was to follow and the procedure itself. She took the time to answer all of my questions completely, and I felt much more comfortable about the surgery.

In addition, I feel that Dr. Louton himself was very helpful in explaining the expected outcome of the procedure, and his experience and knowledge really helped put me at ease. And I simply have to thank all the nurses who prepped me for surgery. Even though it was a cold and awkward part of the procedure (though completely necessary for sterilization purposes, I understand!), they helped me relax and were very pleasant and encouraging.

I am writing this letter just two days post-operative and I simply could not be happier with the results. I knew that I would be pleased with the results, but WOW! Never did I imagine that I would be this happy so soon after the surgery! When I look in the mirror, I am so happy with the results! If I would have known how much this would add to my self-image and my self-esteem, I would have done it much sooner. I would recommend your facility to anyone.
