Connecting to these websites directly will allow you to apply for financing from the privacy of your own home. Interest rates vary depending on the amount borrowed and the number of months it will take to repay the loan. Checks are mailed directly to our office in order to secure your surgery date.

Insurance Coverage for Cosmetic Procedures

We are a participating provider with many insurance carriers, managed care programs and preferred panel organizations. We often file insurance claims to these carriers as a courtesy to our patients. Our experienced and resourceful staff will work hard to maximize your insurance benefits and to work with your insurance company to approve coverage.

Procedures that are purely cosmetic in nature are usually not covered; however, every policy is different. Corrective procedures frequently covered by insurance include:

• Breast reduction
• Breast reconstruction
• Upper blepharoplasty
• Mole removal
• Skin cancer removal
• Facial fractures

Please check with our staff to find out if we participate with your insurance company. While we accept assignment for these claims, you are responsible for the full payment of all associated non-covered services, deductibles, balances, and co-payments. Managed care programs require that a referral be made to us by your primary care physician in order for us to see you. Please be familiar with the requirements of your insurance plan.

Self-Pay Procedures

All fees for plastic surgery must be paid prior to the date of surgery. A 25%, non-refundable deposit must be made to secure the date and length of time for your surgery. The remaining balance is due at the pre-operative appointment.
