MEDICATION PROTOCOL

Begin as soon as possible from today and continue for at least two weeks post-operatively:

Take a Centrum A – Z or comparable A – Z vitamin.

AVOID the following products at least three weeks prior to surgery:

 Aspirin and all aspirin related products, Bilberry, Cayene, Dong Quai, Echinacea, Feverfew, Fish Oil Caps, Garlic, Ginger, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng, Hawthhorne, Kava Kava, Licorice Root, Ma Huang, Melatonin, Red Clover, St. John’s Wort, Valerian, Vitamin E, Yohimbe

  If your Doctor prescribes your aspirin or any other type of blood thinner, you must check with the prescriber before discontinuing.
